Summary

As a Progression Coach you will work alongside a multi-functional and multi-disciplinary team supporting young people to equip and empower them to develop the skills, competencies, and resilience to live independently and successfully. You will support young people to access a range of services, both internal and external to enable them to make a successful transition from supported housing into independent living.

As a Progression Coach you will work with young people in a psychologically informed way to co-produce support action plans, help young people to identify their strengths and development needs and holistically support them to meet their emotional, social, and learning needs. You will be there to inspire young people to achieve their goals, ambitions, and true potential whilst at St Basils. You will promote success and have an uncompromising commitment to young people and the services they receive to develop and grow.

As a Progression Coach you will have commitment to exceptional service delivery and integrated support and as a team member will be expected to get involved in developing and shaping services, so they continue to meet the needs of young people. Following the lead and direction from managers you will also play a pivotal part in ensuring all performance and contractual obligations and targets are met and young people’s data is kept safe and accurately recorded.

In your role as Progression Coach, you will be required to work across St Basils accommodation services and within the community on a floating support basis.
