Summary

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Lead quality assurance activity across a portfolio of adult social care providers and contracts.

Work proactively with providers to drive continuous improvement and address areas of concern.

Manage and coordinate Provider Concern processes where quality issues arise.

Develop, implement and monitor improvement plans, ensuring measurable and sustainable progress.

Undertake audits, quality reviews and monitoring activity to assess service performance and evidence impact.

Build strong partnerships with providers, colleagues and key stakeholders across the health and social care system.

Work closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and neighbouring authorities to promote quality improvement and market oversight.

Contribute to the strategic development of services and help shape future commissioning priorities.
