What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (required).
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
Warm, enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
Genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and build confidence.
