We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and develop confidence through meaningful, child-led experiences.

What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children's learning and development
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich children's experiences
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
