Summary

What you will do in the role...

We are seeking a fully remote investigation officer to provide support in completing formal HR investigations on a flexible basis, as and when there is work required. There is a need for immediate start and support given a recent increase in workload.

The successful candidate will undertake complex internal HR investigations in line with Company policies, procedures and best practice. In conjunction with the HR team you will be carrying out both formal and informal investigations in line with the company’s Disciplinary and Grievance policies, including appeals. You will be able to concisely provide clear investigation summaries and provide guidance for managers completing any subsequent appeal meetings.

Skills and experience:

Essential:

  • ·Significant experience of owning complex investigations
  • Confidence in dealing with independently with formal HR investigations and issues, including advising Senior Managers on matters of evidence and process.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 4 years) of managing investigation caseloads end-to-end, including background research, investigation interviews, report compilation and case presentation
  • Experience in a HR operations or equivalent role for 4 years or more at a senior level
