We're currently recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare setting in Liverpool on a 6-8 week temporary assignment, starting w/c 28th September.

Hours: Shifts between 8:00am and 6:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.71.00 - £13.50 per hour DOE

The Role:

* Managing patient appointments and bookings

* Handling incoming calls and enquiries

* Providing excellent front-of-house customer service

* Maintaining accurate patient records

* Supporting the smooth running of the reception desk

About You:

* Previous reception/admin experience is essential

* Experience within a GP surgery, medical practice or healthcare environment is highly desirable

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional patient care
