Summary

Continuous Improvement Manager

Mon - Fri

West London

£60,000 + 20% bonus

Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the CI

Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste

Leadcross-functional improvement

Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing

Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause

Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement

Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel

Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
