Summary
Water Babies Shropshire, West Midlands and Black Country is looking for a friendly, safety‑focused Lifeguard to support our warm‑water baby swimming classes. You’ll play a key role in keeping families safe while helping create a calm, welcoming environment for parents and little ones.
Responsibilities
Pool safety supervision — Maintain constant vigilance and ensure a safe environment throughout every class.
Emergency readiness — Respond quickly and confidently to any safety concerns or incidents.
Customer care — Provide a friendly, reassuring presence for families attending classes.
