Summary

ROLE: Mobile Air Conditioning / Multi‑Skilled EngineerHOURS: 40 hours a weekLOCATION: London and south west, field based role (Ideally in the TW,KT or SW post codes)

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, UPS, generators, as well as general building services.

Role Responsibilities:

-Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services

-Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems

-Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding

-Effectively prioritise your own workload

-Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team

-Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota

-Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time

-Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work

Required Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

-Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description

-Full UK driving licence

-Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service

-NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration

-Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
