Experienced Heat Pump Engineer

Berkshire & South East | Full-Time, Permanent | Competitive Salary DOE

Eco Renewables is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our expanding team.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Adam Dare – Heating Installer Awards 2026 Regional Winner for the South East and National Highly Commended.

The Role

Your main focus will be delivering high-quality Air Source Heat Pump installations, including:

ASHP installations and commissioning

Cylinders, pipework and heating system upgrades

Low-temperature heating systems

Controls and fault finding

Working from detailed heat-loss calculations and system designs

Experience with MVHR, Solar PV, Battery Storage or Air Conditioning would be a huge advantage, with opportunities to develop across these technologies as Eco Renewables grows.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

Proven heat pump installation experience

Strong plumbing and heating knowledge

Relevant industry qualifications

Excellent fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence

High standards of workmanship

A genuine interest in renewable technology
