Prebook Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing that is looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September 2026.
The school has created a positive environment where pupils are encouraged to be curious, confident and enthusiastic about learning. Staff work collaboratively, with teachers supported to develop their ideas and progress professionally.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced primary teachers and Early Career Teachers.
You'll take responsibility for a KS2 class and play an important role in helping pupils make strong academic and personal progress.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Planning learning that challenges and supports pupils of different abilities.
- Using assessment effectively to identify progress and next steps.
- Creating an inclusive classroom where every child can participate.
- Developing pupils' confidence, independence and resilience.
- Working effectively with teaching assistants and support staff.
- Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Contributing to planning and sharing ideas with other teachers.
- Taking an active role in the wider life of the school.
You'll need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a good understanding of teaching and learning within Key Stage 2.
You may already have several years of classroom experience, or you could be an ECT preparing to begin your teaching career in September.
We're particularly interested in teachers who can bring enthusiasm, creativity and high expectations to the classroom while recognising that children learn in different ways.
You'll be organised, approachable and committed to creating an environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, will be required.
