Summary

Fixed term contract for the apprenticeship programme duration with opportunity to become permanent after the successful completion of the course

The post holder shall receive 80% of the procurement officer salary (grade 10) until successful completion of the qualification when they will progress to the full salary

This role is office-based; however, it also offers some agile or remote working

We're pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity to join the Council’s legal service in its Procurement Team at the Isle of Wight Council as a (Trainee) Procurement Officer. The role is fixed term initially for the duration of the apprenticeship and full-time, with the benefits of flexible working and opportunity to become permanent after the successful completion of the course.
