EYFS Practitioner to join an exceptional Pre-School in
Selly Oak.
Having worked closely with this wonderful setting for the past
5 years, we’re proud to support their staffing needs—and they are now looking for a new team member to join their nurturing environment.
About the Role
This is a
full-time EYFS Practitioner position, working within the nursery’s
2-Year-Old Room.
Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 3:15pm
In this rewarding role, you will:
✨ Support children’s learning, development, and daily routines
✨ Take responsibility for your own group of
key children
✨ Create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
✨ Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
There is also the opportunity for this role to become
permanent for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings both
experience and heart:

6 months’ EYFS experience
A
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or above)
Strong initiative and a proactive approach

A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives
