As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll be trained and developed personally by the Chef Owner, building your skills section by section in a quality, well-structured kitchen environment. This is a Demi Chef de Partie role with real learning at its heart — you’ll develop quickly, work with great ingredients, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the food it produces.

We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic, eager to develop, and based in or around Royston, Hertfordshire. You don’t need to be fully polished — what matters is passion, commitment and a willingness to work hard and learn.
