Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Mobile Vehicle Technician in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This Mobile Vehicle Technician role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable main dealer group, serving the Stoke-on-Trent area and surrounding locations. Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team, providing outstanding service across various client sites.

Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct comprehensive mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on a variety of vehicles

- Provide accurate technical advice and maintain high standards of customer care

- Travel to customer locations within Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas

- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and warranty standards

- Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used

- Support ongoing professional development, including electric vehicle systems

- Carry out vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety

- Maintain a professional and efficient mobile workshop environment

Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:

- Full UK driving licence

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Technology, City & Guilds, or equivalent

- Relevant experience working on vehicles, preferably Ford models

- Ability to perform a full range of repairs and diagnostics

- Own tools and equipment suitable for vehicle repair work

- Strong communication skills with attention to detail

- Motivation to develop expertise in electric vehicle technology

- Flexible and willing to travel daily to different client locations
