Shifts: 2 days 5 hour shifts, weekends

What you'll do:

Receptionist / admin assistant:

Handle calls quickly and efficiently ensuring all messages are dealt with promptly.

Welcome Visitors and assist with queries.

Ensure weekend delivery of Newspapers

Assist with daily admin tasks as required.

Filing invoices

Complete any uploads to staff and resident files.

Ensure total security of the building by identifying visitors, ensuring visitors are checked in and out of the building and that the Visitors’ tablet is completed.

With a calm, professional and mature approach you will use your excellent communication skills to provide first line reception and administrative services for our residents and the home.

Qualification and Skills:

Must have a good use and understanding of English

Attention to detail

Prioritising daily tasks

Good handwriting skills

Previous experience in a similar role
