Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• be an outstanding classroom practitioner with successful senior leadership experience
• have a strong track record of raising achievement and aspirations, including at Key Stage
• understand the academic, pastoral, safeguarding and careers needs of sixth form student
• be able to build an effective partnership across SFH6 and inspire the best from others
• use evidence and performance information to identify priorities and deliver sustained improvement
• show creativity, energy and a clear commitment to the school's vision, ethos and inclusive community have proven leadership experience and the potential to develop furthe
• Have successful experience of leading a sixth form, either as Head of Sixth Form or in an equivalent senior leadership role.
