Summary
The must haves for this role: Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration and evidence of ongoing professional development. Significant experience working with children and young people with complex health needs, including community-based care. Demonstrable experience of leading, supervising and supporting staff within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, organisational and clinical leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams.
