We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate team member to join us as a Project Lead within our Children and Young Peoples Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your experience of working with family carers or disadvantaged young people and develop your skills in a supportive, values-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Lead

Work alongside the Project Manager to lead the delivery of services for children and young people with caring responsibilities, while managing and supporting a team of Young Carer Advisers.

Identify, assess, and respond to the needs of young carers, adopting a whole-family approach and connecting families with community-based support to improve wellbeing and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Build and maintain partnerships with educational settings and external organisations to create respite and development opportunities, helping young carers build life skills, increase resilience, and achieve positive future outcomes.
