About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a
Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, and previous administration or customer service experience.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently while supporting the day-to-day administration of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
- Handling a busy shared mailbox and responding to enquiries
- Accurately inputting data and maintaining company records
- Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
- Preparing and processing paperwork and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
