Summary

Receive calls from patients,carers and care professionals through telephone and email for the repair of wheelchairs. This will require liaising with the callers to ascertain the fault and agreeing when we will call to repair and fix that problem. Completing works orders and associated paperwork to close downcompleted jobs ina timely fashion within the stated KPI's. Coordinating the workload forFieldServiceEngineers to ensure a full day is allocated to patient care . Maintain an efficient and prompt goods inwards control, including incoming inspection, goods inwards approvals and other procedures, either in person or through agreed delegation. Order additional stock as required by the site. Liaise with service management an effective management information reporting systems for stock control, stock movements, slow moving or obsolete stock identification and other reports tofacilitateoptimumstock usage within contractual requirements. Make full use of stock control and other systems to update records and maintainpatient details. Comply withservice requirements of theBCE Management Systems and Bristol NHS Foundation Trust policies and procedures. Undertake other reasonable duties,appropriate to the grade.
