Summary

We are looking for warm, caring people to join Fitzwilliam Court, our extra care service in Hoyland, Barnsley. You’ll provide personalised care and support that helps older residents stay independent, active and connected to their community.

In this rewarding role, you’ll offer dignified personal care, emotional support and help with daily living, including meals, hydration, household tasks and safe medication support. You’ll encourage residents to take part in activities, maintain relationships and enjoy a fulfilling, independent lifestyle. You’ll respond to changing needs, support wellbeing and work positively with families, health professionals and housing partners to ensure each person receives coordinated, person‑centred care.
