Summary

EQUANS is looking for a Joiner to join our team in Leeds working in partnership with Anchor Housing on their repairs and maintenance contract on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. You will be required to demonstrate relevant trade skills and knowledge through the provision of a high-quality service achieving recognized industry and EQUANS standards. To deliver a first class, effective, customer orientated service to internal and external stakeholders whilst maximizing high standards of health and safety, performance and value for money. All aspects of the role will be undertaken using a multi skilled approach to complement our right first- time ethosWhat will you deliver?Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.Compliance with specification.Compliance with materials / workmanship schedulesTo use appropriate safety equipmentTo ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.
