Summary

About you We are looking for a registered nurse who is: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Experienced in, or keen to develop a career within, general practice/primary care. Confident in assessing patients and managing a varied clinical workload. Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team. Committed to providing safe, effective and compassionate patient care. Organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing demands. A clear and effective communicator with patients and colleagues. Committed to continuing professional development and maintaining clinical competence. Experience in areas such as chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and health promotion would be advantageous, although applications from nurses who are keen to develop their primary care skills will be considered.
