UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to help shape and support our growing portfolio of global partnerships with this new role within the International team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you will contribute to activities that help establish, strengthen and sustain collaborative relationships with institutions around the world.
The role offers a varied mix of relationship management, project coordination and partnership development. You will work with colleagues across academic and professional service teams, supporting activities that enable partnership opportunities to progress successfully from initial engagement through to implementation. You will also have opportunities to engage with international partners, participate in visits and events, and contribute to the continued growth of UHI Perth's global presence.
You will have experience gained in a professional environment where partnership working, project coordination, compliance, quality processes or stakeholder engagement have been important elements of your role.
You will be able to build positive working relationships, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and demonstrate sound judgement when managing activities and competing demands. Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic about international collaboration and committed to supporting high-quality educational partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for students and institutions.
Experience of higher education TNE, programme approval, overseas authorities or an additional language would be valuable, although not essential. A degree or equivalent qualification or experience is required.
Based at UHI Perth, this role includes overseas travel and occasional work outside normal hours.
