Dispatch Checker - Worksop
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dispatch Checker to work with a leading logistics company in Worksop. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every picked pallet is accurate and ready for dispatch, maintaining high standards of quality control before goods leave the site.
Shift patterns:
* Monday - Friday 14.00-22.00
* Monday - Friday 22.00-06.00 (pay rate: 15.18 GBP hourly)
Pay rates:
* 13.20 GBP hourly
Must-have requirements for Dispatch Checker:
* Attention to detail
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Available for full-time work, minimum 5 days/week (40 hours)
* Commute distance within 40 minutes
Desirable requirements for Dispatch Checker:
* Previous warehouse experience
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
* Punctual, proactive, and self-motivated
* Ability to work as part of a team or at own initiative
Role for Dispatch Checker:
* Check every picked pallet before dispatch and loading
* Split down case-pick pallets and accurately count stock
* Verify quantities against dispatch notes to identify errors
* Communicate any discrepancies to the relevant warehouse teams
