Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

Salary: Up to £31,900 | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) role, you will need:

Qualification -

Level 2 or 3 Early Years, or equivalent

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting equality

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A caring, proactive, and professional approach

Key Responsibilities

As a

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day duties will include:

Creating a

safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports learning and development

Planning and delivering

age-appropriate activities tailored to individual needs

Supporting children’s

emotional, social, and cognitive growth through play and learning

Building strong, open relationships with parents and carers, sharing regular updates and progress

Working closely with the nursery team to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism

Following all nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety regulations
