Our client is looking for a passionate
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team at their beautifully designed, purpose-built nursery.

What You'll Need
Full and relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Make full use of the nursery's excellent indoor and outdoor facilities to create exciting learning experiences.
Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through play-based learning.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice at all times.
