Summary
This is an analytical role within the Talking Therapies Division at Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust. Reporting to the Senior Performance Analyst, the post holder will use performance intelligence and modern digital tools to help services operate more effectively, inform decision-making and improve outcomes for people accessing Talking Therapies across Greater Manchester.
Working alongside the Senior Performance Analyst, the post holder will provide performance analysis and reporting that underpins effective operational management, service improvement and decision-making across the Division, improving delivery against national targets.
Through clear analysis and reporting, the role will support better access, shorter waiting times and stronger recovery outcomes for people using NHS Talking Therapies services.
A particular focus of the role is writing SQL queries to extract and interrogate data in response to information requests, alongside supporting the development of Power BI reporting.
Innovation and development are part of the role. The post holder will seek to make the best use of digital tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation and AI to improve efficiency and data quality. This work supports the Trust's wider digital and data strategy.
