Summary
Clinical Lead Role Summary The role will provide clinical leadership to the service including leading the team of GPwERs, developing community based pathways, setting clinical standards and ensuring we provide a high quality service meeting key performance indicators. The community service will be supported by UCLHs gynaecology service and CHPs senior leadership. GPwER Role Summary These roles are responsible for triaging appropriate patients into the service, providing clinical consultations covering common gynaecological conditions including abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, PCOS, Endometriosis, Menopause, optimising medical management including offering advice and guidance to referring GPs. In the UCLH waiting list project, clinics will be held at Caversham Group Practice. As the service develops, clinics may be held at additional sites.
