We’re recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver for a leading drainage contractor working near Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a hands-on, varied role offering consistent work, strong earning potential, and a potential route into a permanent position.

The Role
You’ll work as part of a two-person team operating specialist drainage vehicle. The role combines HGV driving with hands-on drainage support work across the highways network.
Key Duties
- Drive and operate HGV Class 2 drainage vehicle (Combination Unit) - Full training provided.
- Work alongside an operative to support storm drain maintenance (clean water)
- Assist in operating specialist equipment to maintain surface water systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Approx. 50 hours per week
- Day shifts only: 7am – 5pm
Pay
- £17.93 per hour (PAYE)
- Equivalent to £46,600+ basic based on typical hours
