- Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £45,000

- Basic salary £21,000

- No Sundays working, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Meeting and greeting customers throughout each day

- Conducting test drives with potential purchasers

- Explaining finance options in detail and assisting with vehicle funding

- Matching customers’ requirements and budgets to suitable vehicles

- Achieving personal sales targets while working as part of a team

- Building lasting relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and features

- Supporting the dealership’s goal of providing exceptional customer service

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar automotive sales role

- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to work towards sales targets

- Knowledge of automotive finance and product options

- Professional and proactive approach to work

- Full driving license is essential

- Motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team
