Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service requirements

- Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs efficiently

- Advising customers on additional work needed and up-selling where appropriate

- Preparing estimates and clearly explaining service requirements to clients

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships

- Managing service documentation and processing all relevant paperwork accurately

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively

- Professional attitude and proactive approach

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Full UK driving licence
