Summary

Avyra Care Ltd is establishing a new CQC-regulated adult social care service in Worcestershire and is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join us at the startup stage.

We intend to develop high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services, including support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and other care and support needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with the provider to lead CQC registration and help establish the operational, governance and quality systems required to safely launch the service.

The role will initially be approximately 6 hours per week during the pre-registration/startup stage, with flexible working where appropriate and attendance in Worcestershire when required.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the CQC registration process, developing and reviewing policies and procedures, Statement of Purpose, safeguarding, medicines management, care planning, risk assessment, recruitment and competency systems, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

The Registered Manager will also help prepare the organisation for mobilisation, recruitment and the commencement of its first care packages.

As Avyra Care secures packages and begins service delivery, the role is intended to grow, with the potential to become a full-time Registered Manager position.

This is an opportunity for an experienced care professional to become involved at the beginning of a new provider and play a significant role in developing the service.
