Whether you want flexible supply days, a regular support role or your next permanent position, we'd like to hear from you.

We welcome experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and applicants with relevant experience in education, care, youth work or disability support. A teaching assistant qualification is welcome, but relevant experience may also be suitable, depending on the school and role.

SEN/SEND support - all specialisms

We welcome experience in specialist schools, alternative provision, resource bases and mainstream SEND support, including:

Autism/ASC and ADHD

Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)

Moderate and severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD)

Profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)

Speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)

Specific learning difficulties, including dyslexia and dyspraxia

Sensory impairments, physical disabilities and complex needs

You don't need experience across every specialism. Tell us about the pupils you've supported and the settings where you feel most confident.

The role

Opportunities may span Early Years, primary, secondary and post-16, supporting pupils individually, in small groups or within a classroom.

Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Develop pupils' independence and social skills

Work with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals

Share observations to support individual targets and EHCP outcomes

Some roles may include personal care or mobility support. We'll explain any requirements and relevant training before you accept a placement.
