AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF NIGHT PORTER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

Working on a late bar, ensuring our guests are having a great time

Cooking a great breakfast ready for our early risers

General cleaning duties

Conduct regular security checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure guest and property safety

Collaborate with the front office and accounting teams to address any issues identified during the night

Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes and ensuring all relevant information is recorded

Handle any emergency situations overnight, acting as the point of contact and coordinating with necessary departments

This job is a 4 on and 4 off rota 2300 - 0700

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Previous experience in hospitality

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally

Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS)

Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain focused and productive
