Summary

Work Pattern: Compressed hours 37.5 h/w over 4 days with 1 day of each week rotating monthlyWhat we are looking for:Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with 0-5 years’ age rangeNNEB, CACHE Level 3,NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare DevelopmentAbility to create and maintain timely accurate childcare records and observation records on staff.Ability to motivate and inspire a team, encourage working together and sharing good practice always being open to the team’s ideas and suggestions, making them feel valued and listened to Duties/responsibilities:To be responsible for providing high quality childcare and education for all nursery children.To assist in the day to day, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery. To be accountable and proactive in the smooth running of your designated area of responsibilityTo ensure risk assessments are completed daily within your area of designated responsibility.
