With state-of-the-art industry-standard facilities, a dedicated and expert teaching team, and a strong network of employer partnerships, the College ensures students are future-ready and equipped for success.The postholder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant Apprenticeship provision. They will monitor Apprenticeship programmes and learner records to ensure they meet current funding rules, regulatory requirements, awarding organisation standards and internal quality-assurance procedures.The role includes conducting regular compliance checks throughout the learner journey, from initial eligibility and enrolment through to completion and achievement. The postholder will review key documentation, including initial assessments, recognition of prior learning, Apprenticeship agreements, training plans, progress reviews, off-the-job training records and evidence of learning. They will identify areas of risk or non-compliance, provide clear guidance and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.Acting as a key liaison between learners, employers, curriculum teams and external organisations, the postholder will build strong and productive partnerships that support regulatory compliance, accurate record-keeping, timely learner progress and successful Apprenticeship outcomes. They will also support internal and external audits, produce compliance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practice.The successful candidate will have proven experience in Apprenticeship compliance, administration, audit, funding or quality assurance within an education or training environment.
