Grade 5, point 11-17Term time only plus 5 INSET daysActual salary - £24,977-£27,533We are currently recruiting for the role of Cover Supervisor to manage and support classes during teacher absence to start as soon as possible.The Cover Supervisor is expected to uphold the school’s high expectations in lessons and embrace the school’s Core Values of aspiration, compassion, independence and respect. The successful candidate will be expected to cover lessons in different subjects using the lesson resources provided and following the teaching and learning systems used by all staff. In addition to ensuring good learning takes place in covered lessons, the Cover Supervisor role at Beechen Cliff is also important in the provision of high level sports coaching and fixtures throughout the school, including to our mixed Sixth Form. A skill in sport, in particular, football and a willingness to participate in this programme would therefore be a distinct advantage.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful school and alongside a committed staff team.Beechen Cliff is a high achieving state day and boarding school – for boys only in Years 7-11 and with a large, vibrant, academic mixed Sixth Form.
