Summary
Ensure patient experience is prioritised. Ensure a safe, effective and efficient service. Manage a team of nurses of all grades and ensure the team feel supported and valued. Manage own case load of Colposcopy patients as a BSCCP accredited nurse Colposcopist in diagnostics and treatments. Undertake hysteroscopy training when established in role. Maintain and supervise failsafe processes. Engage with governance teams and proactively manage incidents, risks, service improvements. Monitor service Key Performance Indicators and performance against national standards. Engage with patient experience and feedback ensuring the patient is always the primary consideration.
