Project Manager needed in North London Paying £400 per day ref 013750

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage capital projects across the estate from inception through to completion.
Deliver planned maintenance and improvement programmes in line with agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
Provide technical advice on property, construction, building maintenance and statutory compliance requirements.
Identify, investigate and assess building defects, recommending appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.
Manage project budgets, procurement processes and financial controls to ensure value for money.
Appoint, manage and monitor contractors, consultants and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Oversee project design, planning, tendering, construction and handover stages.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety regulations, building regulations and industry standards.
Monitor project performance, risks and programme delivery, implementing corrective action where necessary.
Act as the key liaison point regarding capital and maintenance projects.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, contractors, consultants and partner organisations.
Prepare reports, project updates and technical documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
