Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting Parcel Sorters to join an established parcel distribution business based in Newbridge on a temporary ongoing basis.

- Paid weekly at £12.71 per hour, increasing to £15.01 after probationary period
Nights: Working 5 days out of 7, from 4am to 12:30pm
Backs: Working 5 days out of 7, from 3pm to finish
Full training provided
As a Parcel Sorter, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading delivery vans accurately and efficiently
- Picking and transporting customer orders within the warehouse
- Ensuring all loaded and unloaded items match relevant paperwork
- Reporting any damaged or missing items to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment
To be considered as a Parcel Sorter, you will need:
- Good physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fast-paced environment is advantageous - full training provided
- Strong team working skills and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision
