Rotating Shift Pattern
(Changes every 4 weeks)
AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include:
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Completing basic production paperwork
- Reporting any issues to supervisors and team leaders
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
