Winner Education is working with one of Europe’s largest nursery groups, who are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming and high-quality setting around Willesden.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join a nursery that puts children at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping children learn, develop and build confidence in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
Nursery Practitioner Duties:
• Provide a high standard of care, learning and development for all children
• Follow the EYFS framework and support children’s individual development
• Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals
• Observe, assess and review children’s development
• Take responsibility for your key children and maintain accurate records
• Provide an engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment
• Support children through practical, creative and educational activities
• Work closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery team
• Promote the safety, welfare and wellbeing of every child
Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
• At least 12 months’ experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with children and parents
• Genuine passion for childcare and child development
• A child-centred approach and positive attitude
