  • Support other departments when required to ensure smooth hotel operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, food and beverage, hotel, restaurant, or bar operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
  • Flexible approach to working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards.
  • Personal Licence qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Share of gratuities/tips.
  • Live-in accommodation available.
  • Meals on duty.
  • Staff discounts.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Opportunities for career progression within a growing hospitality business.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rota basis and includes:

  • Early breakfast shifts.
  • Daytime café and food service shifts.
  • Evening and dinner service shifts.
  • Weekend and holiday working as required.

If you are a motivated hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career and become part of a welcoming hotel team in one of Scotland's most beautiful locations, we would love to hear from you.
