Summary

Friendly Female Personal Assistant Required. Bring your kindness- and maybe your singing voice!

Meet Pat

Pat is a warm, open and friendly older woman who enjoys a simple life. Music is a big part of who she is, and she is happiest when she has the chance to sing with others in groups and choirs — something she has loved all her life.

As Pat is finding it more challenging to find her way around these days, she is looking for a similarly upbeat supportive personal assistant. She would love someone who can help her stay active, support her to stay engaged and support her to get out and about and enjoy some of the musical opportunities Glasgow has to offer.

A Typical Day

A typical day might involve visiting Pat and helping to plan a trip to a community group, travelling by taxi or public transport. Whilst at these groups, you’ll support Pat to feel included, socialise, and join in with the activities she enjoys.

This might also include attending singing groups, choir sessions, appointments or trips to the shops- all depending on what Pat would like to do that day.

Your Role

As Pat’s personal assistant, you will:

• Support her to attend groups, appointments and outings

• Assist with shopping trips

• Provide companionship, patience and encouragement.

Your support will play a key role in helping Pat to continue doing the things that matter most to her.

Hours, pay and Location

• Location: West End of Glasgow

• Hours: 10 hours per week

• Rate of pay: £14.45
