We are hiring for a Digital Product Executive to support the ongoing development, optimisation and performance of the Carter Jonas website and wider digital experience. Using data, user insights and digital best practice, the role will help improve user journeys, engagement, conversion and business outcomes while ensuring the website remains accurate, effective and aligned with business objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Website management and optimisation
- Build, edit and maintain website pages, landing pages and digital content within the CMS.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, clearly structured and aligned with Carter Jonas brand standards.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver website updates and enhancements in a timely and organised manner..
User experience, SEO and digital performance
- Apply SEO, content structure and user experience best practice to improve website performance and visibility.
- Use keyword research, search insights and user behaviour data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review website journeys and content performance to recommend enhancements that improve engagement and conversion.
Data, insights and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics including engagement, conversions, search visibility and content effectiveness.
- Use analytics and user behaviour insights to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
Quality assurance and governance
- Carry out quality assurance checks on website updates before publication.
- Review links, formatting, metadata, accessibility considerations and tracking requirements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What Will It Take to Be Successful?
- Hands-on experience using a web CMS, ideally Contentful, Sitecore or a similar platform.
- Good understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking and content optimisation.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and an interest in creating effective digital journeys.
- Experience using website analytics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interest in emerging digital trends, including AI-assisted search, content optimisation and evolving search behaviours.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Curious and proactive, with an interest in digital trends, AI-driven search and evolving user behaviours.
DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using digital marketing and website management platforms such as Contentful, SEMrush, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Google Tag Manager and Unbounce.
- Familiarity with tagging or tracking concepts, including UTMs and analytics tracking.
- Experience creating campaign landing pages or supporting digital marketing activity.
- Awareness of website accessibility standards and inclusive content best practice.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website publishing processes or digital QA checks.
