Summary

Production Operative - Balmalcolm

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Balmalcolm. You will have the opportunity to join a successful team in warehouse operations, perfect for dedicated and organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

* Available both part-time and full-time.

* Rotating schedule: 1 week days, 2nd week backs.

* Friday to Monday shift: 7:00am - 5:30pm.

* Tuesday to Thursday shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm or 2:30pm - 10:00pm.

* Every second weekend off.

Pay Rates:

* 12.80 GBP hourly

* Overtime rate of 16.00 GBP hourly applies after 40 hours per week.

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:

* Right to work in the UK.

* Must be over 18 years old.

Role for Production Operative:

* Packing and grading vegetables.

* Labelling products accurately.

* Working as part of a team on a production line.

* Maintaining a flexible approach to daily duties.
