About the Role

Based across our Tullideph and Walton Mill services, you'll support adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, ADHD, diabetes, bipolar disorder, and sensory impairments. Taking a person-centred approach, you'll help individuals live independently and enjoy meaningful lives.

Key responsibilities include:

>Supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, medication, and meal preparation.

>Encouraging independence, choice, and participation in everyday life.

>Supporting people to access hobbies, activities, and their local communities.

>Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and professionals.

>Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans.
