OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKER - EAST SURREY

Location: East Surrey - Redhill

Pay: £16.36 per hour

Assignment: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Full UK Driving Licence: ESSENTIAL

We're currently recruiting for an

Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals across the

East Surrey area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys

working independently, building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference to people's lives.

THE ROLE

You'll provide

practical and emotional support to individuals in the community, helping them maintain their independence, access services and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality, person-centred outreach support

Supporting individuals with daily living and community activities

Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing

Building positive and professional relationships

Supporting access to appointments, activities and community services

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Working alongside colleagues and other professionals

️ Following safeguarding, health & safety and organisational procedures

⏰ WORKING HOURS

37.5 hours per week, including two early-morning outreach shifts:

Tuesday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Additional hours will make up the

37.5-hour working week.

✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Previous experience in

support work, care or outreach

✔️

Full UK driving licence - essential

✔️ Caring, patient and person-centred approach

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Reliable and flexible

✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals
